I've placed my order; what happens next?

After your order has been received, you will get a confirmation email which you will need to check thoroughly in case a mistake has been made. If there are any mistakes on the order, please contact us immediately so the order gets processed correctly.

Within 24 hours of your order being placed you will receive an email letting you know the soonest delivery date available for your order. If the date is unsuitable you will need to contact us by phone or email and let us know a date that is suitable in which somebody will be at home to accept the delivery. Once a date has been arranged, we will schedule the delivery and your goods will arrive on the date agreed between 9am - 6pm.

If you need to change or add anything to the order please send us an email or contact us by phone at least 48 hours before delivery is due to ensure we can alter your order without additional charges being applied.
