What if my flooring arrives damaged or there's something missing?

When your flooring arrives with you, please make sure that you check it over for any damage or missing items. 

If you find damage to your flooring upon delivery please follow these instructions:

  • Note down all damage on the drivers paperwork
  • Take pictures of the damage before taking off any packaging and then again after taking the packaging off
  • Call us with a full explanation of the damage and we will give you the email address to send the pictures to

We will then get in contact with our couriers to report the damage and resolve the issue as soon as possible for you. If the item is a stock line we can provide replacements straight away and even with goods that are special order we will try our best to resolve the problem within a couple of days.

If there are missing items from your delivery please also follow the above instructions but pictures are not necessary unless it looks like something has fallen off of the delivery or been lost. Let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue and get the goods out to you as quickly as possible.
