What is your returns policy?

We run a standard 7 working day returns policy, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

If you would like to return any part of your order you need to inform us, either by email or telephone, within 7 working days of you taking delivery. If your request falls outside of this time frame we would be unable to accept the goods back as a return.

All returns are at your own expense; you would need to get the goods back to us at your own cost either by bringing them back to our main warehouse or sending them via a courier. The goods will need to be adequately packaged to avoid any damage in transit and have a valid returns document with them.
After we receive the goods and are happy that they are in perfect condition, we will then issue your refund. We will confirm the amount being refunded back to you prior to the return being processed.

If we receive the goods back they are not in perfect condition the delivery will be refused and the goods will be sent back to the sender. We will always keep you up to date on the returns process so will alert you if the goods have been declined.

If a return is made that has not been agreed by both parties, the goods will be declined and they will be sent back to the sender. 

Please note: Returns are not accepted on bespoke products cut specifically to the size you require or made to your individual specifications.
